Perhaps like many of you I desired changes in my body that physical exercise was not achieving. For literally years, since I was a young professional dancer, I had been researching liposuction. Yet I could never get past the negatives of anesthesia, downtime, exorbitant pricing and worst of all, stories of “lumpy lipo” results!

“Suddenly,” as a character actress in my forties, I discovered something under my chin. Oh, no! It was a second chin. And as they say in Hollywood, “Less is more.” I dreaded when costumers outfitted me with short sleeves revealing my “Irish washer woman” arms! Let’s not even talk about shorts.

(Yes, even Jersey Girls get intimidated!) After all, you are putting yourself in a vulnerable position. I was able to be myself. I shared with him my areas of concern. When I showed him my arms that go jingle, jangle, jingle, he was like a kid in a candy store, “You’ve gotta let me do your arms!” Here was a man passionate about his work who knew he could make a huge difference in my life. So many of these doctors are not just board certified, they are “bored” certified. But not Dr. Alan Bittner! He is genuinely excited about liposculpture and helping people achieve their desired results. Dr. Bittner is also honest about what results can be expected from liposculpture on specific areas.
